You can either take taxi to Khao San road or the more complicated way of taking metro to Phya Thai station & from there you need to catch a bus (59 No) to Khao San Road. Check for the bus direction before boarding one. These are two ways to reach Khao San Road from airport.

I want to plant a trip to either Bali or Thailand in the last week of December and/or first week of January. I am US citizen and I want to plan this trip with my family and my two sisters family which lives in India and are Indian citizens.
Me and my family not being Indian citizen, do we need visas? Is it better to book hotel/resort directly from it’s website or go thru travel agent?
